Breast Lump – One of the most common and visible symptoms of breast cancer is a lump, or thickened area, in the breast tissue or under the armpits. It's not that big, but with proper inspection, it can be felt from the outside.

Pain – Another sign of breast cancer is armpit or chest pain, which is constant with the menstrual cycle. This is a persistent and irritating pain that won't go away after your next period.

Redness of the skin – The main symptoms are a rash or redness on the skin of the breasts, similar to oranges, and a rash around the nipples.

These signs and symptoms are most likely the cause of breast cancer and do not necessarily mean you have the disease. The first examination is a mammogram, which is a chest x-ray to distinguish between benign and malignant tissue in addition to a physical examination. You can even search online for more information about breast cancer tissue.
